If more entries are received for any event than the number permitted, Qualifying Races to be held on the Henley Reach on the afternoon and evening of Friday, 28 June.

A list of those crews required to take part in the Qualifying Races will be posted on the website when available, as will the Results of the Qualifying Races.

We look forward to welcoming supporters to the riverbank in 2024, although the Enclosures will not be open for this event, toilet facilities and food & beverage concessions will be available.

The 2024 Draw takes place at 12 noon on Saturday, 29 June in Henley Town Hall.  Please note, the number of attendees at the Town Hall will be restricted.

Results of the Draw will be published on the website when available.

Please note, the following timings are provisional and may be subject to change:

Tuesday – racing starts at 09:00 – the Enclosures open at 08:30

Wednesday – racing starts at 09:00 – the Enclosures open at 08:30

Thursday – racing starts at 09:00 – the Enclosures open at 08:30

Friday – racing starts at 09:00 – the Enclosures open at 08:30

Saturday – racing starts at 10:00 – the Enclosures open at 09:30

Sunday – racing starts at 11:00 – the Enclosures open at 10:00

The racing is expected to finish by 19:30 each day, except on Sunday when the last race will be at 16:30.

Please contact Sodexo Prestige, our Official Hospitality provider, for more details on visiting Fawley Meadows and Temple Island during this year’s event.

A number of celebratory rowpasts will take place during the lunch and tea intervals at the 2024 Regatta, further information will be available closer to the event.

The Regatta Church Service will take place at 09:30 on Sunday, 7 July at the Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin, Henley-on-Thames, and we are grateful to the Rector, Father Jeremy Tayler, for officiating at this special service. All are welcome at this short service which will last around 40 minutes.

The Prizegiving Ceremony takes place from the Fawley Stand within the Stewards’ Enclosure from 17:00 on Sunday, 7 July.

Holders of Regatta Enclosure, Competitor and Boat Tent Area badges can enter the Stewards’ Enclosure from 16:45 to watch the Prizegiving Ceremony.  Please note, the formal dress code is relaxed from 16:45, and children of all ages are welcome to join in the celebrations.
