The Stewards' Enclosure is situated on the Berkshire side of the river and is open to Members and their Guests.

Perfectly positioned with a view of the Finish Line, the Stewards' Enclosure boasts two Grandstands from where you can watch the racing and enjoy sweeping views of the Regatta Course, with the stunning backdrop of Henley town and St Mary's Church tower.

Indulge yourself in one of our exclusive eateries, meet up with friends in one of our lively bars, or be inspired by a visit to our Art Gallery & Prize Tent.

Children from ten years are welcome in the Stewards' Enclosure.

What to Wear

In the Stewards’ Enclosure

Members are kindly asked to adhere to the dress code below and to bring it to the attention of their Guests, as admission will not be permitted to anyone not dressed appropriately.

LADIES' DRESS CODE

Ladies are required to wear dresses or skirts with a hemline below the knee, or jackets or blazers with trousers, or trouser suits. Whilst not a requirement, it is customary for ladies to wear hats.

No shorts, leggings, tracksuits or jeans.

Gentlemen are required to wear lounge suits, or jackets or blazers with trousers, together with a tie or, if preferred, a cravat.

Attention all Members

Guest Vouchers

Members can authorise their personal guests to purchase Stewards' Enclosure badges and other tickets directly. This can be achieved either by completing the Guest Voucher form included in their Badge Pack, or by logging into their Member Account and nominating their guests to receive a 'one-time' link via the online Guest Voucher form that will enable them to purchase items online. Members are kindly asked to observe the policies below and to bring them to the attention of their Guests, as measures will be taken against anyone flouting the rules.

LEFT LUGGAGE & Cloakroom

Large bags and other property may not be brought into the Stewards’ Enclosure but can be deposited in Left Luggage, located outside the Main Entrance, subject to availability. Important - bags will be limited in size to an aircraft carry-on bag, and folding bikes will not be accepted.

Cloakroom facilities for depositing coats & jackets can be found adjacent to the Fawley toilets. Please refer to the site map.

MOBILE PHONES & Dress code

You may use your mobile for emails, messages, photos and, most importantly, obtaining the race results. However, if you wish to talk on your mobile, then we kindly ask you to leave the Stewards' Enclosure before doing so.

Please note, the formal dress code applies to everyone attending in the Stewards' Enclosure.

Within the Stewards' Enclosure the racing can be viewed from the Members' Grandstand (reserved seating), the Fawley Grandstand (unreserved seating) and the Floating Stage (Members only).

To book a seat in the Members' Grandstand, call the Badge Office Team on 01491 571900.

Alternatively, get close to the action and feel the excitement by watching the racing from one of our iconic deckchairs or director's chairs along the water's edge.
