SCOOTERS & WHEELCHAIRS
This year we have joined forces with Event Mobility (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) to provide electric mobility scooters and manual wheelchairs at the event for the use of mobility impaired, disabled and elderly visitors.
To reserve an electric mobility scooter or manual wheelchair, please book online via the link below.
Please note, online bookings must be made two days before the event.
You can find Event Mobility on Little Lion Meadow during the event. Please note, that no new bookings can be taken during the event. If spare equipment is available to hire, it will be offered on a first come, first served basis only.

A helping hand
At Henley Royal Regatta, we understand the spectrum of disabilities includes those that may not be immediately visible.
It's important to us that your experience at Henley is enjoyable and stress-free. Our staff are trained to recognise the Sunflower symbol, and on hand to offer any additional support required to those wearing a Sunflower lanyard.
If you have any specific needs, please let us know ahead of time so that we can be sure to make sure your visit as comfortable as possible.
