Henley Royal Regatta attracts a huge number of competitors to the event each year from the UK and the rest of the world.

For decades, local Henley residents have opened up their homes for the rowing season to accommodate crews. Having a crew to stay can add greatly to your enjoyment of the Regatta through your involvement in the fortunes of a competing crew.

We urge you to submit your details via the online form below as early as you can, so we can include your information in the list of available accommodation.

Once submitted you will then be contacted by our Crew Accommodation team who will be able to guide you through the next steps of the process.

Please note, crews may begin booking their accommodation several months in advance, and we expect a flurry of activity once Entries open, from early May onwards.
