Riverside Chalet

Ideally situated along the picturesque bank of Fawley Meadows, you will enjoy an enticing array of features including a river boat cruise, private outdoor area, live entertainment and, of course, award winning Hospitality throughout the day, ensuring a memorable occasion for you and your guests.

The private Riverside Chalets are situated adjacent to the Fawley Meadows restaurant and include access to a private garden giving you and your guests an extra VIP experience. 

Stewards' Enclosure upgrade is available for an additional £50 per person plus VAT.

What to wear

The atmosphere is less formal than the Stewards' Enclosure as there is no dress code, although many who attend do enter into the spirit of the Regatta, wearing club blazers and other rowing apparel.

Gentlemen

Gentlemen are required to wear lounge suits, or jackets or blazers with flannels, together with a tie or cravat.

Ladies

Ladies are required to wear dresses or skirts with a hemline below the knee. Ladies will not be admitted wearing divided skirts, culottes or trousers of any kind.

 

Whilst not a requirement, it is customary for ladies to wear hats.

Mobile phones

The use of mobile phones for making or receiving calls is not permitted within the Stewards' Enclosure. 

 

Those seen making or receiving calls on their mobile phones will be reminded of this ban by Security Guards and Regatta Officials.

 

If the request to stop is ignored or if the same person is seen to be making or receiving calls for a second time, then the person will be escorted out of the Stewards' Enclosure and their badge will be forfeited.

Travel & Parking at Henley Regatta

Travel & Parking

Henley Royal Regatta attracts thousands of visitors over the 5-day period. The roads approaching Henley will be busy and subject to a one-way system and restrictions during the Regatta. Main approach roads will be reinforced by temporary signage. Please plan your journey carefully and allow extra travelling time.
