Content Assistant

Full time, permanent role

Henley Royal Regatta is looking for a creative and organised Content Assistant to support our growing digital presence. This full-time role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s passionate about sport, live events and digital marketing.

You’ll help deliver engaging content across social media, email and our website, working with our Head of Digital & Comms and external creatives to bring the Regatta to life online. From managing social channels and drafting emails to updating web pages and tracking performance, this is a varied and hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to learn and develop.

If you’re a confident communicator, digitally savvy, and ready to work for one of the UK’s most iconic sporting events, we’d love to hear from you.

Seasonal & Fixed-Term Contracts

Thank you for your interest in working at Henley Royal Regatta 2026, which will run from Tuesday, 30 June to Sunday, 5 July, 2026.

We are not currently recruiting, but if you would like to be added to our waitlist and contacted should a position become available, please complete the online registration form. Our Temporary Staff Manager will be in touch if and when opportunities arise.

Roles cover a wide range of responsibilities, from working on the river to supporting our Enclosures and boating areas during the Regatta.
