Fixed-Term Contracts
We are currently seeking temporary retail staff for various full-time roles during the 2026 Henley Royal Regatta. These positions involve engaging directly with customers, handling sales, and managing stock in a dynamic, event-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a well-organised sales area. Prior experience in retail, customer service, and basic inventory management is preferred, but not essential for the right candidates.
At a minimum, applicants must be available to work:
- 11:00-12:30 Wednesday, 24 June OR Saturday, 27 June for uniform collection & training
- At least one day between Thursday, 25 June and Monday, 29 June
- Every day from Tuesday, 30 June to Saturday, 4 July
Longer-term positions are available, running from Monday, 15 June to Friday, 17 July.

Roles cover a wide range of responsibilities, from working on the river to supporting our Enclosures and boating areas during the Regatta.
