Henley Royal Regatta is a renowned sporting event, staging an international rowing regatta on the banks of the River Thames annually in the summer.

Seasonal and Fixed-Term Contracts

These positions are for fixed-term contracts. Successful candidates will be part of small teams, working in a busy environment to daily deadlines.

Box Office

These positions are for fixed-term, full-time contracts from February to July, working within the Box Office to provide a quality, frontline service to customers, selling tickets using both manual and computerised systems, face-to-face from our sales counter, telephone and internet bookings, as well as courier delivery administration.

Applicants will have a background in retail, administration, customer service or accountancy, and must be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of both Microsoft Word and Excel.

Successful candidates will be part of a small team, working in a busy environment to daily deadlines.

Retail Assistants

These positions are for fixed-term contracts, various hours available, from June to July, setting-up and working within the Retail Shops leading up to and during this year's Regatta.

Previous retail experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be given to successful candidates.
