How to Apply

Press accreditation is strictly reserved for members of the press who represent a bona fide media organisation. Applicants must be able to show they are a professional member of the press with a proven track record of reporting.

Applications for Press Accreditation at the 2023 Regatta are now open. We invite you to register your application for accreditation by completing the form below by Friday, 9 June. It is our intention to let you know by Friday, 16 June whether your application has been successful.

We will continue to keep the process of one application to one individual per form, so we can prioritise the range and type of press coverage throughout the event. We also request that you continue to indicate on the accreditation form which day(s) you would like to attend.  

As demand always exceeds supply, it is much regretted that accreditation cannot be guaranteed, and applicants are therefore urged to submit their requests as early as possible to avoid disappointment. 

Please also note that the Regatta reserves the right to request a letter of confirmation from an editor before any accreditation is granted.
