What is the price of tickets?

Do I need to be at home to sign for the delivery of tickets?

You do not need to be in to sign for your order. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

What do I do if my badges or tickets have not arrived?

We aim to deliver within 5 working days within the U.K. Please contact the Ticket Office if they have not arrived within this period.

Can I exchange my badges and tickets for another day?

We are unable to exchange badges or tickets, please refer to the terms and conditions.

I now cannot attend – can I have a refund?

We are unable to offer refunds against most purchases, however Stewards’ Enclosure Lunch and Tea tickets will be accepted for refunds if they are returned at least 24 hours prior to the meal concerned. A handling charge of 10% will be levied. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.

What age are children allowed in the Enclosures?
Children are allowed from age 10+.
Is there a dress code?

Yes, there is a dress code in the Stewards’ Enclosure, please see Stewards’ Enclosure.

Do children have to follow the dress code?

Yes, in the Stewards’ Enclosure the dress code is applicable to children

Can I bring a large bag into The Stewards' Enclosure?
Large items may not be brought into the Enclosure, however there is limited storage available at Left Luggage located next to the main entrance.
I have a food allergy - can you cater for my needs?

We aim to cater for a variety of health and lifestyle choices, please contact the Ticket Office to discuss your requirements.

Can I bring a picnic into the Enclosure?
No food or drink may be brought into the Enclosure.
Can I use my mobile phone?
The use of mobile phones for making or receiving calls is not permitted within the Stewards' Enclosure.

Travel & Parking

What time can I arrive?

The Enclosures open 30 minutes prior to the start of racing. See Stewards' Enclosure for a guide to opening times.

Can I get public transport to and from the event?

Yes, see Travel & Parking for further information.

How far is it from the railway station?
Approximately a 5 minute walk.
Can I leave my car overnight?
If you have a 5-day parking label you may leave your car at your own risk. If you have a daily car park label you must leave the car park by 9.00 pm at the latest.

Hospitality - Fawley Meadows, Riverside Chalets and Temple Island

How do I get there?

By Road:
The entrance down to Fawley Meadows can be found on the Marlow Road, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 2HY. We recommend you travel in from Marlow and avoid the centre of Henley-on-Thames for faster travel. For SAT NAV please use: RG9 2HY.
By Train:
Fawley Meadows is a 15-20 minute walk from the station. Please follow road signs.For Google Maps please use: RG9 2HY
Car parking
Parking is included in the package at a ratio of 1 per couple. The car park is located immediately adjacent to the facility and you will be directed by stewards upon arrival.
Best drop off point
Fawley Meadows car park has a drop off point and turning circle.

General Information

Dress Code

Dress to suit the occasion. No denim, shorts, sports attire or trainers. If you have purchased a guest Stewards’ Enclosure Badge, please see dress code.

How does the river boat cruise work?

The cruises run throughout the day. Hostesses will come round in the morning to book your party onto a boat cruise. There are plenty of time slots and availability. You cannot pre-book as this is a first-come first-served basis.

I need to increase my booking?
This can be accommodated up to 24 hours before their day. We require booking reference, details of increase and contact to take payment.The last date tickets will be posted is Wednesday 26th June. Increases after that date can be picked up on the day. Tickets will be ready at our collection point: Fawley Meadows main reception, Marlow Road, Henley-On-Thames. For Satnav please use RG9 2HY,
I need to decrease my booking?
Please inform us as soon as possible to ensure the table is laid accordingly when you arrive.We will require a reference number and new final covers. There are no refunds on decreases numbers.
I / my client have lost their tickets?
If you or your clients have lost their swing badges, these can be cancelled and re-issued at no extra cost. Please inform the team urgently on 0844 826 2428.
I am lost! I think I am on the wrong side of the river!

Can I get Stewards Enclosure badges?
Yes, you can upgrade your hospitality package to include Guest Stewards' Enclosure badges at the following prices per badge: £50.00 plus VAT for Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday, or £60.00 plus VAT for Friday or Saturday. To purchase these along with your package, please contact the sales team on 0844 826 2428.
Cloak room
There are no cloakroom facilities.
I am going to be late. What do I do?
Please inform us by calling our team on 0844 826 2428. This will not be a problem and we look forward to welcoming you when you arrive.
Where can I go afterwards?
The Regatta nightlife can be found on the other side of the river. There will be a dedicated taxi rank available within the car park to assist you in wherever you wish to go.
Dietary requirements

We can cater for all requirements. Please inform us as soon as possible. We require a reference number and dietary request emailed to henleyroyalregatta.uk@sodexo.com

Disabled access

Fawley Meadows has full disabled/wheelchair access however, please be advised that the Fawley Meadows enclosure is a temporary structure located in the middle of a meadow and therefore expect rough and uneven terrain.

We just want somewhere for lunch?

Fawley Meadows is full hospitality only.

Tickets are sent out a couple of weeks before the event. Should you have not received your tickets by Friday 21st June, please contact the sales office on 0844 826 2428.
