Important Information
for crews entering the 2022 regatta
Competitors and coaches are responsible for reviewing the Rules and Guidance prior to submitting an Entry
Monday, 2 May – Entries Open
Monday, 13 June – Entries Close at 14:00 (BST)
Friday, 17 June – No HRR crews to train on the Regatta Course (Henley Women’s Regatta)
Saturday, 18 June – No HRR crews to train on the Regatta Course (Henley Women’s Regatta)
Sunday, 19 June – No HRR crews to train on the Regatta Course (Henley Women’s Regatta)
Sunday, 19 June – List of Crews Required to Qualify (if applicable) – published on the website
Monday, 20 June – Boat Tents open to crews from 08:00
Tuesday, 21 June – Substitution deadline 23:59 – the names of any substitutions (subject to Rules 16 & 17) should be sent to entries@hrr.co.uk
Friday, 24 June – Qualifying Races in Henley-on-Thames during the afternoon and evening
Saturday, 25 June – 12:00 (BST) deadline for Race Requests for crews racing on Tuesday, 28 June
Saturday, 25 June – The Draw starts at 15:00 in Henley-on-Thames Town Hall. The final Draw will also be published on the website when available.

We are expecting an excellent Entry for the 2022 Henley Royal Regatta, with a good international entry.
If more entries are received for any event than the number permitted, the Committee shall arrange Qualifying Races to be held in Henley-on-Thames during the afternoon and evening of Friday, 24 June.
Everyone is welcome to watch the event from the towpath.
The 2022 Draw will take place at 15:00 (BST) in Henley’s Town Hall on Saturday, 25 June.
The final Draw will be published on the website as soon as it is available.
Crews and their supporters are welcome to attend.

YOUR BOAT MUST BE LICENSED
Boat Licence Scheme
Boats must be licensed by the Environment Agency through British Rowing, who will issue a boat identification code which must be printed and displayed clearly on every boat competing or training at the Regatta.
