You must have become a member of the club you wish to represent by 14 April, 2021, and the club must have been established and continuously affiliated to an appropriate National Federation at least since 14 June, 2020.
For the ONLY exception to this, see the next FAQ.
If your secondary school, college or university has, because of postponement to August, decided not to make entries in any event at the 2021 Regatta, you may in this exceptional circumstance compete for a club instead as long as you have become a member of any club you wish to represent by 5 July, 2021. You will need to provide a letter signed by both your Head of Rowing and your Headteacher, or both your Chief Coach and your Director of Sport (as appropriate) confirming that you became a member of your secondary school, college or university boat club by 14 April, 2021 and that your institution has been unable to make any entries because of the postponement of the Regatta. You will also have to provide evidence that you have been a member of the club you wish to represent since at least 5 July, 2021. The club must still have been established and continuously affiliated to an appropriate National Federation at least since 14 June, 2020.
