BOAT TRAILERS
 
NO BOAT TRAILERS WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE BOAT TENT AREA
 
Upon arrival ALL trailers are to be parked on Lion Meadow under the direction of a Regatta Official. The rigging of boats may only be undertaken here and trailers will be parked in such a way as to allow room for this to be done. Boats are then to be carried through to the Boat Tent Area where they may be placed on the racks. Upon departure boats are to be carried back to their trailer. Under no circumstances will trailers be allowed into the Boat Tent Area, nor will trestles be permitted in front of the Boat Tent.

ONLY VEHICLES USED FOR TOWING TRAILERS OR FOR CARRYING BOATS WILL BE PERMITTED TO REMAIN IN LION MEADOW - ALL OTHER VEHICLES ARE TO BE PARKED IN BUTLER'S FIELD.

COMPETITORS' CARS
 
The Competitors' Car Park (opposite Leander) will not be available for the parking of competitors’ cars. Accordingly you are asked to ensure that competitors park their own cars in Butler's Field upon arrival. Lion Meadow is not to be used for this purpose.

OTHER CARS
 
The vehicles of all other visitors (supporters, etc.) are to be parked upon arrival in Butler's Field. Neither the Competitors' Car Park nor Lion Meadow is to be used for this purpose.

BARBECUES
 
It is regretted that barbecues are not permitted on Regatta land on the day of the Qualifying Races.

DEPARTURE
 
All trailers must be removed from Lion Meadow by 10.00 p.m. on 27 June. If the club is to remain at Henley then the trailer MUST be moved by that time to the trailer park in Butler's Field.
