Entries for the Regatta close at six o’clock in the evening sixteen days before the Regatta. For the 2013 Regatta this will be 6.00 p.m. on Monday 16th June.
All entries must be submitted on the prescribed Henley Royal Regatta Entry Form and must be received at Regatta Headquarters, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 2LY by the closing date, complete in all respects including the appropriate entry fee.
Late entries will not be accepted!
Crews from outside the United Kingdom may submit their completed Entry Forms by electronic means e.g. in PDF format. However, the entry must be submitted on the official Henley Royal Regatta Entry Form and must be counter-signed by a representative of the National Federation. Any electronic submission MUST be sent from the National Federation office.
Copies of the official Entry Forms will be posted to all clubs, schools, colleges and universities on our Mailing List on 1st April each year. In addition, further sets of Entry Forms will be posted annually on 1st April each year to all the National Federations which have been represented at the Regatta in recent years.
