Entries for the Regatta close at six o’clock in the evening sixteen days before the Regatta. For the 2017 Regatta this will be 6.00 pm on Monday 12th June.
All entries must be submitted on the prescribed Henley Royal Regatta Entry Form and must be received at Regatta Headquarters, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 2LY by the closing date, complete in all respects including the appropriate entry fee. Alternatively, UK clubs that have pre-registered to use the Regatta's online Entry Form may submit and pay for their entry via the online portal.
Late entries will not be accepted!
Crews from outside the United Kingdom may submit their completed Entry Forms by electronic means e.g. in PDF format. However, the entry must be submitted on the official Henley Royal Regatta Entry Form and must be counter-signed by a representative of the National Federation. Any electronic submission MUST be sent from the National Federation office.
Official Entry Forms are posted to all clubs, schools, colleges and universities on our Mailing List in May each year. In addition, further sets of Entry Forms will be posted annually in May each year to all the National Federations which have been represented at the Regatta in recent years.

Official Entry Forms for American crews wishing to compete at this year’s Henley Royal Regatta may be obtained from Mrs. Gillian Perry Millsom who is based in Connecticut and who serves as the Regatta’s co-ordinator of all American entries. Clubs which regularly compete at Henley, or those clubs which contacted the Regatta office earlier in the year, will receive Entry Forms in May.

It is now possible, under the Rules, to submit a completed Entry Form to Gillian Perry Millsom in PDF format.
Gillian Perry Millsom is the authorised representative of USRowing for all Henley entries and is the person who will counter-sign the Entry Form on the bottom of the front page. Gillian will then forward the completed Entry Form to the Regatta Office in Henley.

Coaches are reminded that the club, student and junior events are always over-subscribed and that Qualifying Races (timed Head Races) will be held on Friday 23rd June. Many overseas crews will be required to compete in the Qualifying Races but if a crew has a sufficiently good racing record in 2017 then it may be given exemption from these races.
Any coach who is uncertain about the Rules or about which event to enter should contact either Joe Michels or Jamie Koven.
The Close of Entries will occur at 18.00 British Summer Time on Monday 12th June. Please ensure your completed Entry Form is sent to Gillian Perry Millsom well in advance of this date to allow sufficient time for the form to reach Henley.
